Project Excellence is a division of Facilitators International LLP and we provide both consultancy services and people in Project Controls areas. Founded in 1995, Facilitators has grown steadily over the years culminating in a full reorganisation of the firm's structure in 2007 with the formation of the three divisions seen today. The two owner Partners of Project Excellence, Dr. Clive Randall and Mike Howard have grown the business significantly every year over the past 5 years and are committed to continuing the growth and success of Project Excellence.

Project Excellence specialises in the provision of Project Controls and Project Management consultancy and resource. This remit covers the disciplines of planning, cost engineering and management, estimating, risk management and project management. Our client base includes all of the major oil and gas operators resident in Aberdeen together with some smaller operators and major services companies.

Our services are differentiated by unique propositions. We:
