Mike Howard

Mike Howard is a Project Management consultant with over 25 years of oil and gas industry leadership experience working in both North Sea operators and major contractors. He has managed large project teams and organisations with substantial budgetary responsibility and is particularly interested in the establishment of best practice in project management, team development and leadership. Mike has expertise in the facilitation and implementation of complex processes and the use of performance management techniques to improve efficiency. He has trained in a wide variety of industry competencies and performance management techniques and is a member of the Association of Project Managers. Mike started his energy industry career as an AEA Mechanical Apprentice before moving on to design and engineering roles prior to specialising in Project Management.
