The following case studies are a selection of examples where Project Excellence have either led planning process improvement within an organisation or supported the client in leading change.

• Integrated Planning - Knowledge Sharing In 2007, the China Operations Team did a review of Planning Processes and Procedures that prevailed in the UK Operating Business Unit. The exercise resulted in the decision to adopt the UK's processes and approach. At that time, it was estimated to have 'shortened its Integrated Asset Planning process development by approximately 3 months'.
